Coaches
Chris Lombardi
Crabs 2035 Head Coach
Coach Lombardi played midfield for four years at Greensboro College in North Carolina. He went on to be an assistant coach at Greensboro Day School and the St. Mary’s High School fresh/soph team. In 2003, he was named head coach at St. Vincent Pallotti HS and won the MIAA B conference championship with an undefeated conference season in 2006, and the team was ranked #7 in the Baltimore Sun. Coach Lombardi was an assistant coach at the Cristo Rey school in Baltimore City for two years and then became the offensive coordinator at Annapolis Area Christian School in 2019. AACS won the MIAA C conference championship in 2021. Coach Lombardi coached for 10 years at various grade levels in the Sidewinders Lacrosse program and for the Green Hornets lacrosse program. He and his wife, Lisa, have two boys, Holden and Harrison, and live in Severna Park.
Pete LaPaglia
Crabs 2035 Assistant Coach
Coach LaPaglia grew up in the Baltimore area and played high school lacrosse at Boys’ Latin. Upon graduation, he continued his playing career at Randolph-Macon College, where he was a four year starter, two-time leading goal scorer, and team captain his senior year.
Coach LaPaglia is heading into his second season with the 2035 Crabs team and brings a strong background in both youth and club coaching. He lives in Phoenix, MD with his wife Alex and their three boys-Peter, Whitaker, and Henry.
